The problem: your code moves, your documents don't
A privacy policy is a description of a product, and products change every week. Each new dependency, tracking script, or API call can change what data you collect and who you share it with — which means the documents describing your product are now wrong. GDPR and CCPA don't grade on intent, and the traditional fix — a lawyer re-reviewing everything each time your stack shifts — costs more per revision than most small teams spend on legal in a year. So the documents don't get revised, and the gap between code and policy grows until someone else notices it. We call that code-to-legal drift, and it's the problem Poliogo exists to close.
- ✓You add an analytics tool — your cookie policy no longer lists what's actually running.
- ✓You swap payment providers — your privacy policy names a processor you stopped using.
- ✓You call an AI API — nothing anywhere discloses where prompts go or how long they're kept.
Our mission
Put compliance where the code lives. Legal documents shouldn't be a dashboard you remember to visit twice a year — they should sit in the same loop as everything else you ship: detected from the repo, updated in a pull request, reviewed like any other diff, merged in one click. When keeping documents accurate is part of the normal development workflow instead of an annual chore, it stops being a separate task.
Who it's for
Poliogo is built for people who ship quickly and can't put a launch on hold for a review cycle.
- ✓Indie hackers and SaaS founders — policies that describe what the product actually does, kept current as it evolves.
- ✓Startups and dev teams — compliance updates that arrive as pull requests and fit the review flow you already have.
- ✓Agencies and freelancers — dozens of client projects monitored from one place, with white-label options.
- ✓No-code builders — Lovable, Bolt, Replit, FlutterFlow and friends, scanned through the repository they sync to.
Privacy-first, by design
We scan code for a living, so we hold ourselves to the obvious standard: the files the scanner reads are processed in memory and dropped, and what we keep is the short list of services we detected — plus, for a file Poliogo edits in your repository, a copy of the original so deleting the project can put it back. No AI reads your code: detection is pattern matching, and every clause in your documents comes from a maintained library built from published regulatory text, mapped to a service found in your stack. The exception, stated plainly: if you describe your operations in your own words, those words go to a third-party AI provider that drafts extra clauses for you to review.
What Poliogo actually does
One scanner, three documents, and a sync loop that never lets them drift.
A scanner that reads your real stack
AutomaticConnect a GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket repo and one scan maps every service your product talks to — Stripe, Supabase, Google Analytics, OpenAI and dozens more, including raw fetch calls that never show up in package.json.
Documents built from what we find
Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy, assembled from a maintained clause library built from published regulatory text and matched to your detected stack — GDPR and CCPA covered, with a plain-English explanation beside every section.
Continuous sync, not a one-time download
When your stack changes, the update arrives as a pull request with a plain-language diff of what changed and why. Merge it, and every embedded copy of your documents updates instantly.
Your code stays yours
In memoryThe files the scanner reads are processed in memory and dropped, and what we keep is the list of detected services. We describe your product; we don't keep it.
International from day one
Most products have users in more countries than they realise. GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and Israeli privacy law are covered on a global baseline here, not sold as an upgrade.
A tool, not a law firm
We're clear about that line. Poliogo is software that keeps your documents accurate; it doesn't give legal advice. For advice about your specific situation, talk to a qualified professional.
How it works
GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket — or a hosting platform, or the repository your no-code builder syncs to. Two minutes, and nothing in your code changes except through a pull request you approve.
The scan takes under 60 seconds and shows you a plain-English map of every service found. Confirm it, and your documents are generated on the spot.
A hosted link or drop-in components that always show the current version. From then on, stack changes arrive as pull requests — review, merge, done.
