Poliogo

For founders, no-code builders and agencies

Legal pages written from your code.

Poliogo finds the services you use — Stripe, PostHog, Supabase, OpenAI — and writes the privacy policy, terms, cookie policy and banner to match. Add a tool later and they quietly go stale. Poliogo drafts the update, explains it in plain English and waits for your approval.

Connect. Scan. Review. Publish.

Four steps, under 60 seconds. No coding, no legal jargon — we handle the hard parts for you.

How it works, in four steps: connect your app by picking where it lives — a Git repository, your hosting platform, a no-code builder or your AI editor — and approving the connection with one click, nothing to type; Poliogo scans it and finds the services you use, like payments, AI, analytics and cookies; you watch your document readiness fill in and preview the generated Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, cookie banner and accessibility statement; then you preview the result on your own site and publish with one click, with the change also sent to GitHub on a side branch for you to merge.

Zero-effort legal updates

Add a new tool and your policies update themselves

Connect an analytics tool, a payment provider or an AI API, and Poliogo notices. It writes the exact wording your policies now need, shows you the before and after in plain English, and waits. All you do is read it and press one button.

  • You never write a word of it. The update arrives finished.
  • Nothing changes on your live site until you approve it.
  • You always see what changed and why, in ordinary English.
  • Works on every plan, including the free one.

Using GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket? The same update arrives as a pull request, so it lands in the review flow your team already uses.

Compliance made simple — no coding required

Plain-English answers for founders, business owners and builders — no technical background needed. Compare plans and billing on the pricing page.

Do I need technical skills or a developer to use Poliogo?

No. A guided four-step wizard walks you through everything: enter your business details, connect your product — your Git repository, your hosting account, or the repository your no-code builder syncs to — confirm what was found, and your documents are ready. Most people go from signup to finished documents in under 60 seconds, with no coding, no technical setup and no legal drafting involved.

How does Poliogo know what my product actually does?

When you connect your project, Poliogo scans it and recognizes the services it relies on — payment providers like Stripe or PayPal, login tools, analytics such as Google Analytics, AI services — including ones added without an official plugin. You see a simple summary ("We detected Stripe for payments and Google Analytics for tracking — is this correct?"), confirm or adjust it, and your Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Terms of Service are generated to describe the product you actually run, not a generic template.

Does Poliogo use AI?

In one place. Finding the services in your code is pattern matching over your manifests and source — no model is involved, and it works the same whether or not any AI provider is reachable. The clause text in your documents comes from a maintained library. The exception is the step where you describe how your business operates in your own words: those notes, the services we detected and your multiple-choice answers are sent to a third-party AI provider (Google Gemini, Groq or OpenRouter, whichever answers first) which drafts extra clauses from them. You see those clauses and approve them before they are added. Free-text fields holding personal details — your DPO's name and email, your postal address, your registration number — are never sent.

Will I understand what my policies actually say?

Yes — that is the point. Next to every clause sits a plain-English explanation answering two questions: what does this clause mean, and why does your product need it? The "why" is tied to the specific tool that triggered the clause, so you will never publish a paragraph you could not explain to a customer.

Which privacy laws do the documents cover?

The documents are built from pre-drafted clauses, written from published regulatory text and mapped to the GDPR (Europe and the UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), Israeli privacy law including Amendment 13, and the EU AI Act's transparency requirements for products with AI features. One thing said plainly: Poliogo is an automated technology platform, not a law firm or a licensed attorney. It provides software-assisted compliance tools and templates — not formal legal advice, not legal representation, and not a guarantee of legal immunity. Staying compliant also depends on how you actually handle data day to day.

What happens when my product changes after launch?

Poliogo keeps up with you. Rerun a scan whenever you like — free on every plan — or let a paid plan watch for changes automatically in the background. When a new tool appears in your product, Poliogo prepares the updated documents and shows you exactly what changed and why, in plain English. You approve with one click; nothing is ever published without your approval. Once approved, your policy pages, cookie banner and Trust Center update everywhere on their own.

Can the cookie banner and policy pages match my brand?

Yes, without touching any design code. The Free plan includes ready-made style presets; Starter unlocks full control over colors, fonts and logo; and Pro Builder adds automatic brand detection that styles everything to match your site for you, plus removal of the "Powered by Poliogo" badge.

Is it safe to let Poliogo look at my product?

Access is deliberately narrow, and it writes to your repository only as a pull request you approve. Poliogo looks at your product's configuration and the services it talks to; secret values like passwords and API keys are never read, and the files a scan reads are processed in memory and dropped as soon as it finishes. What Poliogo keeps is the list of detected services — and, if it edited a file of yours to install your pages, a copy of the original so deleting the project can put it back.

Can I start using Poliogo for free?

Yes. On the Free plan you can connect a project, run the scan, generate your documents and put your day-to-day compliance workflow live — 100% free, with no credit card asked for at any point. It is a real plan, not a time-limited trial: stay on it as long as you like, and upgrade only if you want automatic monitoring or more projects.

How much does Poliogo cost?

Poliogo starts free — one project, no credit card. Paid plans add automation and scale: Starter at $12/month adds Terms of Service and weekly automatic monitoring, Pro Builder at $39/month adds daily monitoring, a custom domain and multi-language documents with full right-to-left layout, and Agency at $119/month adds unlimited projects and full white-labeling for client work. Those are annual-billing prices (monthly billing is a little higher), every plan is self-serve, and you can cancel yourself anytime — no emails or phone calls needed.

Do I still need a lawyer?

For routine, day-to-day compliance — a privacy policy that matches your product, a working cookie banner, keeping both current as your product changes — Poliogo does the heavy lifting with structured clause logic built from published regulatory text. It does not replace specialized legal counsel: for complex corporate transactions, litigation, or a regulatory dispute unique to your situation, talk to a lawyer. Poliogo is a technology platform, and it will never pretend otherwise.

Pay for compliance that keeps up with you

Every plan includes unlimited banner views and unlimited manual scans. Starter is from $12/mo and Pro Builder from $39/mo on annual billing — no per-site licences, no pageview overage fees.
